SOCOM 4's 'Benefaction' Trailer
Several game elements are shown in the trailer like the ability to call in an air strike. That was used very effectively against an armored tank division. You can also arm your squad members differently in order to coordinate different attacks. One developer had his snipers high up in the mountains while sending his ‘heavies’ around the back to catch people running away.
